Mult asteptatul eveniment a avut loc aseara la Los Angeles. Daca ar fi sa descriem cel mai mare eveniment din lumea filmelor am alege 3 cuvinte: glorie, stralucire si multi bani. In Romania spectacolul a fost difuzat la ora 03:00 pe HBO. Pentru cei care n-au reusit aseara sa-l urmareasca veti gasi aici informatii si lista completa a castigatorilor.
No Country for Old Men, al fratilor Joel si EthanCoen, a primit Oscarul pentru cel mai bun film.Filmul a mai primit trei premii duminica seara : pentru Cel mai bun actor in rol secundar, Cel mai bun regizor si Cel mai bun scenariu adaptat. Filmul a fost realizat dupa un roman celebru al scriitorului american distins cu premiul Pulitzer, CormacMcCarthy.
The Bourne Ultimatum a luat trei statuete. Ultima parte a trilogiei ce il are in rol principal pe Matt Damon a castigat la toate cele trei categorii la care a fost nominalizat : cel mai bun montaj, cel mai bun sunet si cel mai bun mixaj de sunet.
Cel mai bun lung metraj animat este Ratatouille, povestea soricelului prietenos care devine bucatar sef intr-un restaurant parizian.
Tilda Swinton primeste oscarul pentru cea mai buna actrita intr-un rol secundar, pentru rolul din Marion Michael.
